A registered pharmacist, Christine has worked behind the counter, as well as with some of the nation’s most recognizable health plans and PBMs.
Christine holds a BS degree in Biology, a BA degree in Physiology, and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota, and completed a Managed Care Pharmacy Residency in Strategy Development from UnitedHealthcare.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. As the industry consolidates, this is clearly the trend. But we are thinking differently.
A 15-year veteran of the PBM industry, today Angela runs the company’s operations.
Angela is a trained pharmacy technician, licensed by the California State Board of Pharmacy. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Irvine.
From my time in retail pharmacies, I’ve seen the effect that high drug costs can have on consumers. Although my role now is behind the scenes, I don’t lose sight of who we are truly helping.
As Principal, Industry Relations, Christine is responsible for formulary strategy, rebates, and contracting for the Dividend Group. Prior to joining the company, Christine oversaw a team of pharmacists who presented clinical strategies to the Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee for a large PBM. A graduate of the University of California, San Francisco School of Pharmacy, Christine completed a pharmacy residency in Medication Use Policy and Management at the University of California, Davis Health System.

Tamara is a registered pharmacist with a background in managed care. She has worked at various regional and national health plans in both account management and clinical strategy. Prior to joining Dividend Group, Tamara was responsible for providing tailored consultative solutions to help her clients control pharmacy costs.
Tamara obtained her Pharm.D degree at University of Southern California and completed her managed care pharmacy residency at Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon.
As healthcare costs continue to rise, people need straightforward, affordable care. My priority is to be at the forefront of emerging trends in order to achieve the lowest net cost for medications.
A pharmacist by training, Joseph has a diverse background in managed care. Prior to joining Dividend Group, Joseph was responsible for building and expanding clinical programs to help mitigate client and health-system drug spend.
Joseph has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Touro University California and completed a Managed Care Pharmacy Residency at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan/Michigan Medicine – University of Michigan.
